Shake is a fast, cost-effective method for parties to reach financial settlement of their disputes.

• You share no information with the other party unless settlement is reached
• You can use Shake alongside litigation, mediation and other ADR
• A fee is only payable if settlement is reached*

Once underlying terms are agreed, each party submits a series of proposals for settlement. Shake assesses each pair in turn, declaring settlement where there is overlap. A record of the Shake is sent to both parties.

* If the party proposing the Shake has a subscription, you will not be charged.
